As always, we have the opportunity to tune ourselves in, to the qualities we choose from the present situation. This doesn't mean that we turn a blind eye to what's happening around us and its impact on our lives.. We stay centered, without succumbing to fear and panic. My own practices for home lockdown are: We keep a steady pace in our daily lives to stay active, with a program of a well-balanced diet and herbs, exersice and fitness, self-care and family care, activities that we enjoy such as reading, artistic creation and whatever means to us self expression at home. For families with children, this daily steady program is very helpful, as well as a practice of alternating with children, as the other parent will take time for him/herself in a separate room of the house. We have the opportunity to re-establish relationships with our family, to rejoice our children, to enjoy and take care of our home, to rebuild our self-consciousness, to do our introspection, to take care of ourselves, to organize and prepare our actions, keeping in mind of what we need to change or do in order to avoid similar situations in the future. Of course the most important thing is to keep open our connection with the spiritual world and put in our everyday life a prayer to God from the depth of our heart, full of gratitude of what He has given us, asking for His help for each of us and for humanity as a whole, as well as for all the creatures of the Earth and for our planet. "Savior" is a special formula for those experiencing panic, tremendous anxiety and feeling lost and unable to manage their inner situation.
